The owner Matt was very responsive to emails when I reached out for an estimate. He was very informative and professional in discussing my electrical issue. Our power goes out quite a bit and this last time, the storm fried our hot tub board. The hot tub technician recommended reaching out to who installed the electrical for the unit. When I did so, they took 2 weeks to send an estimate for a surge protector. Matt gave me feedback immediately and was out here within a week. Also, the other electrical company wanted twice as much as CNE, and that was for only a surge protector on just the hot tub. CNE installed an entire house/breaker panel surge protector for half the price. I will contact them for any future electrical needs. They are fast, efficient, very reasonably priced, and professional.
